Beacon Cricket Club is a village club which was established in 1906.
The club has achieved the coverted Clubmark Status and is one of only a few Focus Clubs in the County. This offers youth players quality coaching both in schools and at the club through the Chance 2 Shine programme.
In 2005 our 1st XI won the Cornwall Cricket League Twenty/20 Centenary Cup.
We have three adult sides competing in Cornwall Cricket League. Our 1st XI won Divisions 2 West in 2009 and will therefore be competing in County Division One in 2010. Our 2nd and 3rd XI's compete in Division 4 West and 7 West respectively. Our excellent youth set up runs Under 11's Boys, Under 11's Girls & Under 13's teams, all run by numerous ECB qualified coaches.
